Nothing until you hire. Sourcing, CV screening, technical validation and the tech-lead interview are on us. A fee applies only when you actually hire a candidate.
How quickly do we receive the first candidate profiles?
The search starts as soon as we receive your role brief. Because we draw on an established European network and an internal screening platform, you typically receive a pre-vetted shortlist much faster than via classic job postings.
Which IT roles do you fill?
We focus on hard-to-fill profiles: AI/ML engineers, AI automation engineers, computer vision specialists, DevOps/SRE, backend and full-stack developers, QA experts, plus niche stacks such as Shopware 6, Odoo and CAM/CNC — as well as project and product managers.
How do you ensure candidate quality?
Every candidate passes three internal gates: CV screening against your exact requirements, a technical screening platform that validates real skills, and an interview with our tech lead. Only finalists who clear all gates reach you.
